I've been using muscle fuel anabolic for many years, having tried a number of other brands this without doubt gives me the best gains possible. At 58 I need all the help I can get and it certainly does that. Easy to mix and easy to drink. Tastes OK so far, if a bit sweet, relatively good VFM.
I like he idea of a mixture of flavours in the one tub, it can get boring having the same flavour for weeks on end, the extra content seems to be good value. So far only tried the 'cookies and cream, it tastes OK, but even sweeter than Sci-MX, if thats possible, a bit too sweet for my palate. I Just Love USN Anabolic!!
Inside the tub are four packets of protein powder, each a different flavour: choc; vanilla; cookies & cream, and strawberry. The flavours are pretty good and the powder mixes well. I like having four flavours for a bit of variety. At this price you are getting four for the price of three, so it's good value. I mix two scoops with 10oz semi skimmed milk in a blender for my post workout drink. It's got plenty of BCAAs and creatine so you don't really need any other supplements. I'm using this as part of a high protein diet and I'm getting new personal bests every week so it's working well.
