Apple iPad is expensive boat anchor
We bought the iPad and when we set it up we evidently mis-typed either the Apple ID or our Password. We used it for a couple of hours but then couldn't open it up because it said it was bad ID and/or Password. After a few errors, it locked up and we couldn't even begin to open it up. After several hours, I took it to an Apple Dealer and after working for over 30 minutes he got it to open up again. But again, when we typed in the Apple ID and Password it again said it was incorrect. I asked the Apple representative how to reset the ID and Password and he told me it was impossible. He said I now was the proud owner of a boat anchor. I am a programmer. I know that security (like for bank accounts) don't have to be that severe that it is impossible to start over. This Apple product is most user-vicious device I have ever encountered - and I've encountered a lot. I will never buy an Apple product again.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Best tablet ever
I was looking for a cheap good working tablet, but found that none were good enough (me and my mom have had Samsung tablets, not a fan). I decided to spend a few extra dollars to get a better one and found that the gen 7 iPad was the most recommended everywhere I read. I’d never had an iPad (or anything apple) and I was SHOCKED at how GREAT this thing is. I loved it so much I got the Apple Pencil too! A Good Deal For Your Buck

Super upgrade
I have been using version 1 iPads for quite a few years for my shows and they are not upgradable at this point for software. The generation 7 iPad is much faster and easier to use.
