Good design
Solid, good design. Handles make it easy to tip out and drain plug is good idea, for instance if you are peeling vegetables so you can let the water out before throwing out the peelings. The only downside is that the surface is very susceptile to scratches ( watch out with brillo pad use or cleaning heavy metal bits off the cooker), which is why this is our 2nd one as the first, though still serviceable, looks desperate.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Stylish and functional
The sink bowl fits perfectly into my kitchen sink. The drain function means I can stop any debris going down the drain and causing potential problems. Being plastic, if an item of crockery slips from my hand, the chance of breakage is much reduced when compared with the ceramic sink that the plastic bowl is located in. Practical but pricy
4 or 5 years ago we had a new kitchen and bought a black bowl with a grey drainer which had got quite scratched over the years (so they dont last for ever looking pristine) and replaced it with white bowl which I anticipate will look pristine less longer !). They are lovely bowls with two handles, so unless perhaps you are arthritic, you do not really need the integral drainer, particularly if you have a S/steel sink drainer as well (as we have) as it adds to the bowl cleaning - It would be great if J & J did a similar sized bowl without the integral drainer at a cheaper price (which may encourage renewing the bowls more regularly !)Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
