Damn good, not quite perfect.
Start with the the cons. Can't entirely mute the game and have just chat, can do the opposite thankfully. Bass at anything over half volume is atrocious in games, not so bad in films. Super bass eq mode is useless, period. Alot of sound bleeds into the room but that's expected with open cup headsets. Pro's. Very light and comfortable. Totally wireless Excellent with dolby atmos for games and movies on xbox one. Flip mic to mute. Battery time is excellent. No connection issues so far even when controller disconnects the headset doesn't ( when putting controller on charge, kills other mics and disconnects the party chat causing problems. This does not happen with this headset). Best headset I've tried for xbox one, hands down.

an impressive sound quality, dolby ATMOS fantastic, price just a little too expensive, buy if you have the need for ATMOS or Dragon Soft.
Very comfortable, Hi frequency response exceptional, low frequency incredible impressive. Radio coverage around house - distance and power, reasonable, but more than adequate for the job.
