near perfect basket this is my second purchase of this log basket they are very strong a reasonably sized basket holding a good amount of logs one star lost on this one as finishing around the top not as neat as first basket but a minor detail well worth the money

Poor quality
Cheap and not for purpose. Very poor quality. I was told that I should have inspected it before using it as the handle broke on the first use. It’s ok for decorative purposes but not for carrying wood. Would say there’s much better on the market and better value items for sale

Practical and of pleasing appearance.
On the whole, a strong well-made basket which is aesthetically pleasing and an attractive piece of furniture by the hearh. My only quibble is that whilst one of the handles is thick and robust the other is thinner and this is where there will be problems in the years to come.

Good value basket.
This large hand made basket sits next to our fireplace, looking good and holds about 3 days worth of logs. I tend not to carry it around full, preferring to load it in situ as required rather than risk the fretting that happens when heavily loaded with odd shaped lumps. It does flex easily.
