Great Deal!
I wanted a metal cased optical wah, and this was the best price. I read the reviews and knew to expect some things like it not holding level or wherever you put it when you take your foot off. It has all the adjustments, and after trying them, just the regular wah is fine. It has a good sweep and is very smooth and quiet, unlike so many. Nice and stable, with relatively low battery draw and easy, for a change, to change it. The time to shutoff after taking my foot off was fine, but can be adjusted inside. The two adjustment knobs for 'contour' wah, are probably good for someone with better hearing than me, because I did not find it useful. It does a great job of upgrading from my Cry Baby, to easier, smoother, and quieter, with a little extra range.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Giant useful wah.
Ok, so this thing has the LARGEST footprint of any wah pedal I know, which sucks. Tonally, it is pretty capable, from subtle to incredibly dynamic, if you are willing to play with the settings for a minute. I'm not a fan of the way it engages. Instead of a push-button in the toe-forward position like most wah pedals, it engages with the weight of your foot, and it has a fairly abrupt change in sound upon engaging. Bad, bad horsie needs tamed!
The auto on/off feature takes some getting used to because these pedals sort of lag. There are videos which tell how to remedy this. Contour mode gives more tonal options, however, the default setting is fine with my ears. Overall, this is a good sounding and very useful effect pedal. Worth It
It is a great wah in the normal mode and having the contour mode is lke having 2 different wahs, love the tones on both modes. Wasn't sure about the step on to activate operation but once I got used to it I now prefer it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Great effect on tone and expression
