Very pleased with this. Initially I had an issue with the chain being slack. All new chains will stretch so must be tensioned after about 20 minutes activity. At first I could not get the manual tensioning wheel to have any effect but then I loosened it, pressed the tip of the bar lightly on the saw horse and then tightened the wheel. Worked perfectly. No issues since. A quirky feature is that when you operate it it seems to take a breathe and speed up under load. It had no trouble with any of the logs we used it on. My only minor gripe is that the trigger seems to need a bit of pressure but I'll work on that. It may be worth buying a spare chain so that you can continue work if the original blunts. You can then sharpen it in your own time without any time pressure. Finally, a good feature is the very long length of lead you get, giving far more freedom from extension leads. Just used this chain saw and it was a pleasure to use it. Very easy to handle and more powerful than I thought it would be. It helped me to remove problem trees without any problems, really delighted that I bought this model.

Ran for several hours on the weekend, worked great and not going back to petrol saws. A little fiddly with the chain stretching while new and also the tensioning staying appropriate - lots of adjustments before it settled down

Truly amazing value for money, these machines are very well made and buying ' B' grade means that I get a better product at a fantastic price, it should last years!
