Great value, easy to use.
Purchased for my elderly inlaws, all they required was a clear picture, easy to use remote, freeview and nothing complicated. Picture is very good, set up was plug and play "very straight forward" remote is easy to follow with only the essential buttons. Because the screen is surrounded by only a 1 cm frame the result is a full screen display of 40". Cheap and cheerful
Very easy to setup and good instructions. Picture is reasonable but blacks more like grey and clarity grainy. Colours a bit washed out and lacking of a new tv. Only used for a screen for a Firestick so WiFi and catchup not needed but useless these days with so many attachments. If you're short sited leave your glasses off to make a better picture. Nice TV for the price
The Tv is good for the price & it seems to be easy enough to operate. Bought it online in Lockdown as ours had stopped working, would have preferred to have gone to a shop to view what we were buying but just took a gamble & ordered this as a relative has a similar TV by JVC & theirs looks & sounds good. JVC 40" HD TV
Bought 2 off these for studio monitors .Was a bit weary of. May have a few light scratches. However for £165 each thought I,d give it a go. Was well pleased, think these TVs are new the two I bought had protective film still on the screens and a sealed bag with the remote and instructions in Next day Delivery FOC Would highly recommend

Issues with colour/flesh tones. NOT a Smart TV
I initially left a good review but am now changing it due to endless problems with the colour especially with flesh tones - am having to change this all the time and there is now way to change "tint". I would not recommend this TV or buy it again. This is NOT a Smart TV and you will NOT be able to access the Internet to watch BBC i player or YouTube etc. You will need to buy something like Roku Express | HD Streaming Media Player to do so - it plugs into one of the HDMI sockets at the back of the TV and costs about £25. Easy ordering and very quick delivery . Set up simple and soon had it up and running , What a lovely picture. sharp and great colours the best i have seen. will be getting more JVC equipment again!
