I've been using these for quite a few years! I do not have a very strong bladder! 🙄 I started with the small ones & have progressed to the 2 'star' pads. When I went online I could only find the 3 'star' ones! They're the same thickness as the 2 'star' but longer. They're good but I'd rather have the 2 'star' ones.
