Delivery was excellent and came well packaged. I also have Shark corded upright. This model is better at picking up from hard floors.Battery life is decent. Dirt container holds reasonable amount and easy to empty - better than the Dyson I used to have which had very little capacity and was a pain to empty.

It does the job - cleans floors [haven't used gadgets yet] but an upright cleaner that wobbles like a drunk and falls onto the nearest resting place??? A pause to move a piece of furniture is hazardous - a leaning post has to be found. It's heavy and could cause damage/injury.

Great product, very easy to use and manoeuvre. not too heavy, powerful and the extra power feature gives that little bit more oomph when needed. Also it is great to be able to turn it to a handheld easily. I only wish they added a wall hanging bracket to take it off the limited floor space.

I decided to get a new cordless vacuum cleaner as my Dyson had stopped working. I already had a shark upright. I liked the look of the shark hoover. It was a good price.
