I purchased this partially excellent olive oil for my diet, I also use it to make quality salad dressings. But the most important part of buying such a good quality olive oil with all its natural oxidants is to drink it, its very healthy and I drink 4 table spoons every day as part of my new diet. This particular olive oil has a little pepper flavour after consumption. This is very healthy for your whole body as it helps the blood run smoothly and its the best oil for your skin. I would highly recommend this family made absolute quality olive oil is one of the best I've tried and now I have, they will be my go to site for a real quality product. Fruity and Spicy and Clear as Emeralds
This is the nicest olive oil I have ever tasted. It is fruity and spicy and the taste is the very definition of the colour green, as is the look of it, like emeralds. It is a shame that most people pay out extra for cold-pressed extra virgin oil and then heat it up in a smoking-hot pan, so I recommend you save the lesser oils for cooking and reserve the Lyrakis Family olive oil as a condiment; it is superb on salads, atop pizza, moussaka, hummus, or poured into a small bowl as a simple dip for good bread.
