I ordered these as my non-stick baking trays have seen better days, They are good quality, tough and perfect si in size. Using the mats gives a slightly better all over crispness to food, and also collects any fat in the recesses of the "pyramids". It is definitely non-stick which is great. It is a little tricky to make it hang properly in the dishwasher but not impossible. My air fryer is not easy to clean. I bought this silicon mat in the hope it would help avoid burnt on fat from oven chips etc. Result? Brilliant. Also optimises air flow around the item cooking.
