Good for colds and sore throats
I make drinks by addiding hot water to Comvita Manuka 15+ and fresh lemon juice when I have a sore throat or cold. Its seems to shorten the duration of the problem.

Comvita is the best
This is more expensive than a lot of manuka honeys but I think it's worth it umf 15+ . it tastes delicious and quite strong. Healed a sore in my mouth.

Chronic Illness
