Our GP recommended that my wife and I both took Vitamin D supplement during the winter months so I bought these tablets. It is too early to tell whether they have had any impact on our bodies, but how can you tell??? They are quite small tablets which I find easy to swallow but my wife, who has never been able to swallow tablets of any sort, finds them difficult to take because they don't dissolve easily in water, unlike some other prescribed tablets that she has to take.

Good value, each tablet contains 400+% RDA and are easy to swallow. The tablets are easily broken in half meaning 200+% RDA is available. Very useful in the summer when the sunshine provides vitamin D naturally.

I suppose that one pill that contains Vitamin D3 1000IU is much the same as another. These come without a screw-top but I put them in a container which came with my last lot of Vit D3. I've been taking it because I don't get much sunshine these days, due to age, health and the pandemic. I'll give these 5-stars because they were much cheaper than the others, therefore represented much better value for money.
