When TV was really entertaining
I use to watch this with my Father when I was between 4 and 8 years old back in Long Island NY. My Father was formerly with the New York State Police for two years. He was amused with the seemingly excessive use of “10-4”all the time. I don’t remember the episodes very well, but I do remember a commercial for Ballantine Ale Beer, that Bradford Crawford did while leaning on one of the patrol cars, saying “Remember the Three Ring Sign” and posing his fingers in the shape of the logo. That I remember well. Probably due to repetition of commercials . As with programs like Sea Hunt, it would feature many future famous actors, seen latter in years to come. I love Highway Patrol. I grew up watching this show. Broderick Crawford did an outstanding job as Lt Matthews. Every episode was fantastic.
