enjoyable, charming movie
this wonderful little movie was lost for a long time, very glad to see it back. dvd has good picture; so far, all of the warner archive collection do and it is full length. the movie was done on a low budget and it is less polished than movies with bigger budgets but is very enjoyable view even so. always sucker for happy ending, which this has. also has nice accompanying song and is noteworthy in that the itinerant dog, having set everything right, elects to continue his travels rather than stay. nowadays "family movie" is taken to mean "kiddie movie" but that is not correct; a family movie is movie that can be enjoyed by the whole family, adults as well as children, and this is a family movie. charming is a word apt to be disparaging viewed in modern times, but this a truly charming movie in the best sense of the word.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great memories
Couldn't wait till this movie arrived, been waiting for this to come out on DVD for a long long time. I enjoyed watching this movie with my sister long time ago in the movie theatre.
