Good condition. There are scuffs to the edges and corners of the cover, and denting to the top of the spine and surrounding area. There is a crack to the spine. The cover has come away from the binding at the top of the spine slightly but everything is secure. There are some light marks to the page edges but otherwise in very good condition with pages crisp and clean.
