Record producer, Raymond Saxx, wakes up from a hellish drug induced blackout to find himself locked within the walls of K-11. Unable to contact the outside world and absolutely unaware of the reason he has been imprisoned, Raymond is forced to navigate this twisted maze of violent inmates and corrupt guards, facing off against the queen of K-11, a domineering transsexual named Mousey, and befriending a psychologically damaged teenage transsexual called Butterfly.
