A durable quality product and while not cheap is good value in the long term.
Purchased for a new bike, had one on my old bike for more than 10 years and it is still going strong. Comes with all the bolts and brackets needed, cap head bolts are stainless steel so no problems with rust. Finish is fashionable mat black, which does show marks where the pannier clips fasten on.
