Super light and easy to fit!
I cannot say a bad word about the rack... It slim, lightweight and was really easy to fit; without being in a particular rush and having to muck around with mudguards too, it only took about 10-15 mins to put on. Highly recommend!

Tortec NARROW rack
Unfortunately the "new" rack that I received was showing rust on the brackets that are used to fasten the rack to the seat stays so I am awaiting a return note from the seller. I intended using the rack to support a rack bag for day touring but the top is too narrow to offer a stable platform for this use. If I wanted to use it for panniers it does not offer enough side support so it serves neither purpose in my opinion.
