I looked at many different manufacturers for the hose reel but went for the hozelock. I am very pleased with my purchase. It came with all the necessary fittings to get connected and started. A very good design and excellent manufacture quality. I have a no kink hozelock hose on the reel and winding in the hose is very smooth. Before the reel we had an untidy pile of hose by our outside tap. The reel has made things tidier and easier to use the garden hose. We should have purchased it sooner. Highly recommended Thank you
