GOOD ENOUGH FOR MY GRANNY
My gran had an over glove like this draped over the drying rail of the Rayburn when I was a little boy 70 years ago. My mother always used one too. I bought this one because the one I had before - not this brand - had finally shrunk - from my wife's enthusiastic washing schedule - to the point where I could no longer get my hands in it. It is good quality and excellent to use. I would like it to open on both sides like some others do but that means it's just one small feature short of perfection. No more burns from using oven gloves
I was a bit sceptical about whether these would work due to the low price compared to other oven gloves of this type but i was more than pleasantly suprised! I had read in a review that said they were too thick to pick things up easily,so i put them to the test with my most difficult to get out of the oven dish and had absolutely no problems at all! Practical functional oven glove
Im a chef, this is an old school oven glove, i first used this type at catering college many years ago, they dont look fancy but they are the best, they wash well and you will have this glove for along time, however its a little short in length but it works fine, for the price i recommend, having two is a good idea so when you wash one you have another at hand.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Strong and reliable
Traditional, strong and reliable. My favourite oven gloves as they are very thick, a generous size and provide good protection when handling hot items or removing them from the oven. They are easy to wash but I recommend that they are dried naturally rather than in a tumble drier as the latter can result in the oven gloves shrinking slightly. Very good price and much better value than the majority of "fancy" oven gloves which fail to provide adequate protection. Oven gloves
These are great, used to have a set years ago a lot better than the quilted ones. They are good old fashioned item but they work! Would recommend to anyone who doesn't mind an off white pair hanging in their kitchen! (they could be left in a drawer!)
