Outstanding product, that will save you a lot of money
This product really supprised me, it's outstanding!! I used it to repair a leaking air-brake hose on my lorry, 1st and 2nd time I installed it, it was still leaking air, so i went over the instructions again, and it stated that "you must stretch it to twice it's length whilst fitting", well this worked an absolute treat, it welds into a rubber like consistancy as soon as it has contact with itself. Everbuild Silweld - works
The plastic protection film keeps it in good condition. This self fusing tape works very well. It is not especially adhesive to the recipient surface, which is an extra reason to apply it under considerable tension. When set it is rubbery and non-tacky.
