I saw this young man on YouTube and now I subscribe to his channel. What a fascinating mixture of history and recipes. His earliest recipe is 4,000 years old. He relates historical facts pertaining to each recipe - it is a total eye opener. The book is large and very comprehensive and I bought it at a very reasonable price. All in all, I am thrilled with it and would recommend it to anyone with even a slight interest in these two topics. You will learn so much.
