Very good value for money.
I've used this product many times. Although not as good as other products available, I find this to be the best value for money. Other products cost considerably more. Very good value for money.

Super high alcohol yeast
Have used this yeast for a few years.8kg in 25 litres to make 19% alcohol no problem.Tried 9kg sugar once.Fermentation not complete and brew slightly sweet.My advice is 8kg sugar maximum.Resultant brew palatable when drank neat.Great taste added 50/50 % to red wine.Would make a basis for home made gin but gin essences are expensive.Initial fermentation vigorous and generates heat peaking after 24-36 hours.Allowed to get too hot(over 35C ) the yeast might die.Not a problem unless there is a heatwave.
