Condition:
Aerosol 500ml - Covers 6 -7 sq ft. Surface must be clean and dry before painting. Use Frost Chassis Clean (C265) to remove heavy deposits of grease and oil, followed by a Frost Panel Cleaner (C110) for surface cleaning.

Frost Zinc spray. Excellent opacity and easy weld thru
I tried the Isopon zinc 182 and it was terrible ,very poor cover and you cant weld thru although they dont claim you can. For the same price this Frost weld thru Zn primer is excellent the best of its type I have used. One dust coat and your nearly covered. Outdoor test
I sprayed a sheet of metal and left it outdoors for 2 weeks as a test. Rust did start to penetrate thro. And the can was well shaken and was quite thick but it didnt hold back the rust it seems. The larger rust part was unsprayed but you can see the rust coming thro on the silvery sprayed part. 2 week test.

I have used this Weld-Through primer on many jobs and come back for more. It is very useful for use on body panels and internal braces and supports where painting and sealing is problematic; eg. Land Rover rear floor beds and motorcycle internal mudguard supports. It gives good arc properties and great coverage, adherence and tenacity, not flaking or peeling because it contains a high density of media. I only re-use products that work well and so have no problem in recommending this for your delectation and amazement.
