Bob features 7 adjustable height settings that let him stand between 1.5 metres (5 feet) and 2 metres (6 feet, 6 inches). The high-strength plastisol surface covers an impact-absorbent filling of urethane foam. century Bob’s are the gold standard in mannequin punch bags. They are extremely well made and even after years of taking beatings they remain in good condition.
