Used, but in excellent condition Century Bob freestanding punchbag, with arms. Provides a more realistic striking target, blocking arms and throwing punches through the guard. Collection only. The base is quite heavy and will probably need two to lift into your car. Happy to help.

Product Information

Practice your boxing or martial arts skills with this person-shaped punching bag. Bob features 7 adjustable height settings that let him stand between 1.5 metres (5 feet) and 2 metres (6 feet, 6 inches). The high-strength plastisol surface covers an impact-absorbent filling of urethane foam. Fill the base with sand or water to give Bob stability; the filled base weighs up to 270 pounds (122.5 kg).

Excellent quality
century Bob’s are the gold standard in mannequin punch bags. They are extremely well made and even after years of taking beatings they remain in good condition. They are not cheap but they will last for years and years. I would recommend the XL version for martial arts use as it has an extended body.

Great punching and kicking doll.
Great alternative to a punching bag for more targeted hits. I would suggest to fill it in with sand instead of water as it's more stable. I used 50kgs.
