Excellent quality
century Bob’s are the gold standard in mannequin punch bags. They are extremely well made and even after years of taking beatings they remain in good condition. They are not cheap but they will last for years and years. I would recommend the XL version for martial arts use as it has an extended body.

Great punching and kicking doll.
Great alternative to a punching bag for more targeted hits. I would suggest to fill it in with sand instead of water as it's more stable. I used 50kgs.
