once i got my head round the instructions it was straight forward enough to put together. Its stated that it is a 2 man job but you can just about do it on your own. The only slight niggle is the 2 inch plastic adaptors fit some of weights a dream but others are very tight. Pleasantly surprised
my husband was desperate to get back into training but with two little ones getting to the gym was proving hard so he found this. I must admit I was a little worried about what the quality of this was going to be or if it was going to live up to his expectations with the price being very reasonable compared to some out there. When it came it was packaged so compact and looked so small I thought oh no.! But he started to put it up and was surprised at how easy it was to put up. It only took him 40mins on his own and the quality is fantastic it's everything he wanted and I have a very happy husband. it's also great for me to use too.! Thank you.!
