Good quality frame and looks great in my gym
So far so good on the quality .. annoyingly a bit off a hassell folding back frame to wall as you have to remove tightened bolts every time so I don't bother which makes me think I should have just bought a standard frame. Need to design a quick release system bolts.

I team is strong sturdy had to use my own fittings item looked like been opened befor and returned old tags were in box fixings were tapped together original fittings bag was also loose in box and box was plastered in layers of tap on joints but item itself looked good so kept item

Well made heavy duty bracket. Is supporting my heavy bag no problem. Comes with mounting kit (screws and plugs). Just make sure you put it on a solid wall and you'll be good to go.
