Genuine Part. 2000-2006 V68, V78 models. Engine 3.2 4M41 4M42. Newer design from Mitsubishi, the old type are prone to wearing away leaving the chain to go metal on metal creating a slack chain which can then damage your timing chain and gears resulting in an expensive engine repair. If you have a chain rattle sound coming from your engine then its a possibility the guide is worn.
