Nice little tool set.
This is a great little tool kit that I can take to the range with me. It has some screws that I don't use for my guns. The only issue is that they should have added an extension tool that fits for all the pieces. I tried using it to screw in my grip for AR but the handle hit the grip before it reached the hexagon screw. Other than its a nice little tool kit.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Cheap Tools Chinese Import
The Winchester name is just that, a name. It has nothing to do with quality that we expect from Winchester. But I knew that when I made the purchase. The screwdriver bit set is fine for what it is. The quality remains to be seen through use. I will say this from first hand experience, the screwdriver handle appears to be well made, but I inserted a toolbit and it snapped in smartly to the shank. Here is the problem, when I pulled out the tool bit, the magnet base came out stuck to the bit. Does not appear to have any type of adhesive and fastening device to hold in the magnet. Certainly an easy fix to reset the magnet, especially since I did not lose it. Of course, if it had gotten lost, the screwdriver handle would be next to useless with these tool bits. This is a common complaint, as you read the reviews, but the tool set looks pretty good and is priced right. Just fix the magnetic base before you use the tools and you will have a pretty good value.

Nice set!
Small enough box to carry the complete set to the gun range in my range box! A good variety of bits of most types used for hand gun or rifle disassembly or assembly. I plan on keeping the set together in the original plastic box case. And very reasonably priced. Good basic set
I like the set. It is a good value for the money. My only issue so far based on limited use is that I wish they would have included a couple of 'straight blade' screwdriver bits smaller than the smallest one in the kit. Great set for the money. Well made, practical and well packaged.
I'm just a shade tree Gunsmith but do maintain my collection of firearms and on occasion that of friends. These screwdrivers are perfect for what I do. Kit is well made
It has bits I may never find a use for, as I am not a gunsmith and have only a few guns that don't have those kinds of screws. One gun I have is a Beretta which seem to have extra-thin screw slots which will barely accept the bits. So, having one bit that really fit one screw was what I really wanted, but even so it's as much the fault of Beretta as this set which is well made and will find good use I'm sure.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great for gunsmithing
I haven't found anything yet that there wasn't a bit that could handle the job. Great for putting on scopes, rails, any assorted other things where a special Allan wrench or other odd wrench is needed. I like the assortment of small to large flatheads, and some that are thick to avoid marring a large screw. I think it's handy to have and worth the price. I like that it comes in its own container which seems sturdy enough, and keeps everything together. I would definitely confine it's use to what you bought it for. Good tool set for some.
The majority of these tools appear to be made well. But I ordered them to use the small hex bits for gun maintenance, repair and sight replacement. To use in places that are hard to get the normal small size hex wrenches into. Sadly the small hex bits are almost round and of no use at all. If you don't need or use the small size bits than this tool set is for you. Very reasonably priced and has a sturdy well made case with metal reinforced hinges.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
