  • High quality and Eco friendly

Great product from Osmo. As a professional woodworker I have used it on my salt and pepper mills for years. Eco friendly whilst providing a soft sheen, natural and durable finish.

  • Fantastic product!

First time of using Osmo Top Oil. Found the matt finish too matt for my purpose (treating a kitchen table top) so bought satin & it’s fantastic! Matt finish would be great to protect beams etc where you really don’t want to change the look & feel if the wood. Satin gives mild sheen which makes it easy to wipe down. Use sparingly, as stated on tin otherwise it will feel tacky.

  • Justified Repeat Purchase

I use Topoil on my wooden kitchen worktops. I started using it because the maker of an oak draining board bought boasted that they use Topoil to waterpooof it. They were right; it works great. It is easy to apply, wipe on with cloth or brush. It goes a long way. About one and a quarter 500ml cans did my whole kitchen with 2 to 3 coats. One very small downside: when drying, which takes about six hours, it has a strong solvent smell. You wouldn't want to share a room with it. Solution, apply it and go out for the day.

  • Excellent would recommend

Have used other worktop oils before but found they discolour and stain. This Osmo oil is excellent has not changed colour and wipes down easily was also very easy to apply and was touch dry quite quickly

  • The mutt's nuts for interior wood!

Purchased on recommendation from a chum, it really is easy to apply, makes a difference from the 1st coat and my oak surfaces look spot-on. A little seems to go a long way too. Only demerit being that it has a strong odour (not unpleasant) & needs good initial ventilation. I'd choose it again instantly for another similar need.

  • Realy happy with results

I wanted to get a mat finish on my oak worktops, previous Danish oil gave a plastic looking finish which to me made it look like a cheap worktop. Osmo top oil clear mat goes on so easy and dries with a wood mat finish. Good price and delivery. Very happy with my new revitalized work top.

  • Excellent Product, Look No Further!

Osmo Top Oil was recommended to me by the joiner who fitted my Beech kitchen worktops. While it is a relatively expensive product, it is vastly superior to other wood oils I've used, easy of application and drying to a durable and beautiful hard finish which is easy to live with and almost invisible. I have since used it on various interior joinery, and plan to try it on my boat!

  • Makes wooden worktops look stunning

I've always been impressed with OSMO products, inside and out, and this is no exception. It's easy to use, the results look natural but stunning and it creates a perfect barrier for anything spilt on it. I have not seen or used anything better.

  • Easy to apply leaving a natural look

Oslo oil mat is a fantastic product which I would highly recommend. It was very easy to apply with a rag, a small amount goes a long way and gives a natural look. I will be purchasing the floor oil next

  • Beats Danish Oil hands down

Had worktops finished with Danish Oil that were sticky and an unpleasant orange colour. Refinished with this (was easy) and they are brilliant now, smooth, nice colour and a breeze to keep clean. I genuinely think this is a great product!
