If the battery is OK then this is the cheapest way to restore the performance.
If the battery is still retaining plenty of charge then this is a much cheaper way of restoring performance to "as new". The cutter pack is about one third of the price of a new (identical) complete Panasonic RF-41 Shaver and has definitely made a big difference to the shave ... It is also a "green" way of getting a new shaver performance ... After about three (or more) years, the shaver will gradually lose cutting performance as mine did ... Panasonic ES-RF31 shaver spare foil and cutter
I have had an ES-RF31 shaver for some years and always found it to be very reliable and gives me a good shave, but the foil needed replacing so I thought it better to replace the blades at the same time. Does it give a clean shave?
I've used this shaver for over a year now and cannot say that I've ever felt that clean and fresh fell after using. I recently bought replacement cutter in the hope this would be better. It isn't. I will therefore use as emergency back up to a water shave.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Expensive but does the job
Well I tried just replacing the cutters but it didn't improve things much so splashed out about £40...... didn't pay much more for the whole shaver.............. and bought the cutters and all t he bits above. Well its done the trick and everything working well though at a price.
