Must have tool
Pulled an aftermarket crank into a Yamaha Grizzly 660. The bars that go across the case could be better lots of flex I had to support them with sockets to make it work. The freezing heating method did not work for me.

Good quality tool for the money. Did not fit my application. If you are installing a crankshaft with m-12 or m-14 threads then you will need to find or make your own adapters. Otherwise, installed crankshaft with no issues.

I tried to use it to split a kx 65 lower case When I was turning the center the nuts on the threaded dowel striped about halfway up the threaded dowel. Now my threaded dowel and nuts that go on them are useless.
