Great way to cook meat
The bag will accommodate a large chicken comfortably, but I preferred to cut one corner of the bag to release steam during cooking instead of making several slits along the centre - this made pouring out of juices easier, once fully cooked. The tie was a bit fiddly to secure adequately, but the end result was delicious. Also used to cook boned shoulder of lamb - great result and no waste!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
