This internet handset sounded (to other people) like I was stuck in a barrel a in a different room. People couldn’t hear me, and I couldn’t hear them very well. Dreadfully poor quality. Maybe I just got a bad one, but it was really, truly, awful.
Purchased to experiment with modern broadband speeds and knowing that most suppliers have now switched to voip. By using Skype was able to establish phone calls to conventional phone numbers with same quality as landline connections. The phone itself was new, small and functional. A lot of phones and companies use wi-fi connection for calls so not much point in this device if you have one. But could be useful with a laptop and Skype connection for voice calls.
