The Fenstro Rooflite is a 14 mm glazed skylight that will instantly open up attic spaces and rooms with sloped ceilings. Suitable for installation with all roofing materials, this skylight window can be fitted in roofs that vary between 15 and 60 degrees in pitch. Weatherproof and UV resistant, it is easily installed to provide loft spaces with much needed light and ventilation.

Value for money
Let me start of with saying 'you get what you pay for', so don't expect this product to match the quality you get with the products that are significantly more expensive. In general the roof light looks the part and performs accordingly. It is relatively light weight and the flashing does its job correctly. My only negative comment would be that the mounting of the window feels a bit flimsy when opened as you can move it from side to side for a cm or so. Other than that I'm happy with the product.

The long and short of it
This product is ok. For the price, it's probably pretty decent. I have a slight issue with the manufacturer literature because one of the images shows it fitted 'landscape', but it can't actually be fitted landscape, which is what I bought it to do. I accept it's not explicitly stated that it can, but is implied via the imagery, so take note if you were thinking similar. On manipulating the window into place one of the fixing straps sheered off, so beware not to over-work these.

a very simple design with great feature and good profile to fit in with the roof tiles and the perfect colour

Great price and great window.
Its a really decent window. Good quality for the price and the integrated flashing works well. Simple to fit and looks good. I fitted it on a felt shingle roof. Was simple. Been raining for 2 days now and not a single leak.

Does the job.
Decent quality skylight window. I used it th replace the original cast iron one, which was leaking (circa 1955). It was straightforward to fit and has stood up well to Storm Atiyah, so I don't see any reason to doubt it will be in place for a long time yet.
