Bad storage of product or bad design
The seal was not properly stored so it became bent out of shape. It bends on one side of the door when it is closed, which makes a leak in the seal. Also because of this bend the lower part of the seal creates a large gap between the drum and seal. Which causes our socks and other smaller laundry to fall in the gap during the washing cycle.
