It takes me back to my youth
Although sometimes the continuity is not all that it could be, the various stories within the series are entertaining and sometimes educational. There are similarities to my own earlier experiences as a teenager, some of which make me blush even today, as I am a male and 73 years old I find it amusing and it reminds me of much happier times, although I wouldn't like to re-live them as I have 6 grandchildren (ages from 11 to 29) I am quite content.
