Leaks water
When I try to use the steam setting, water leaks out of iron. I have it on the hottest setting and the light is not blinking. I don't think it is getting hot enough to make steam. Very frustrating! I've had the iron for weeks already but couldn't find any distilled water until recently to see if the iron would steam properly. My all Time Favorite Iron
This is my 2nd Panasonic NI-L70SR iron. I had the first for many years. I loved it. I looked at quite a few others because I had a hard time tracking this one down. I had no leaks and no problems, until one day I turned it on and it did not heat. I'm happy I have found another. Now, the amazing thing is after I received my new iron I cleaned the old one and I was going to donate it for parts. But I decided to plug it in one more time.And it works. This iron is perfect for when you are quilting. With my old iron the cord kept getting in the way when I was trying to iron the top of the quilt, and would wrinkle what I had just ironed as I moved the top around on the ironing board.
