In Depth and Very Detailed!
Well, I wrote the book, so of course I highly recommend it! Seriously though, it was my first published book, and is out of print now, so if you come across it, by all means get it! It starts out covering some of the basic theories and principles of this art, then goes right into showing practical application on the street.
