Although, it more than likely, isn't the pins that are at fault, it could be the wooden surface, intended to use them upon, is very difficult, to do such with, they are the right length, just won't hammer in, and have a tendency to bend, if hammered too hard, this could be due to the fact, they are so small, perhaps it is best to stick to either a slightly larer size, otherwise a thinner type wooden surface, to use them upon, because the cost is low, it wouldn't be worth sending them back, thanks for suppplying them anyway, am assuing, they will be useful for some other diy project, at some point
