Perfect fit
We live in ohio where the weather changes dramatically for every season! Winter is especially hard on our keyless garage door entry pad! The cover becomes brittle from being out in the elements and the tabs that hold the lid in place sometimes break! It is so nice to be able to replace the lid, without replacing the whole unit! Domino keypad replacement cover
Replacement is of same quality and construction as original. Flimsy and prone to breakage. Original did not age well, became brittle on exposure to non-direct sunlight and yellowed extensibly. I had hoped they improved the attachment arms by thickening them. They have not. It seems like they plan to make their profit from these covers needing to be replaced. Couldn't be much worse...
Rather than replace a perfectly good keyless entry remote with a terrible cover, I've chosen to replace the cover as needed - 3 times in as many years, thus far. The flimsy, scrawny 'hinges' at the top keep breaking for one reason or another, such as normal use, weather, and deliberate breakage by vandals. The cover is somebody's REALLY BAD IDEA, and has been, I believe, replaced with a better design in later models of this remote.
