A mixed review
The ear protectors are great. They are are comfortable to wear and do muffle the sounds of machinery well. The visor is light to wear and will give protection from small debris. I consider myself to be good at most forms of self assembly. The instructions with this product were poor. I did manage it but it was despite the instructions not because of them. I worry about the main tightening nut which is plastic. To keep the visor up and out of the way when not needed the nut has to be very tight. I worry about it ‘stripping’ the thread. I replaced it with a similar metal nut and bolt (with a large washer to protect the plastic visor) and now it’s perfect.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Plesantly surprised
I was not expecting much for the money, my previous on cost more than double about 15 years ago. However when assembled the mask and ear defenders seem pretty robust. the ear defenders certainly cancel out the majority of the noise. The only reason I have given it 4 stars instead of 5 is that to review this accurately it would have to be used for at least 6 months to see how it holds up.
