Great product! Have been buying brushes from orthodontist for both of my daughters for years and then they had problems with there suppliers and couldn't get any. Found these with screw in heads and reversible handle, particularly good for difficult areas and a left hander! Will definitely buy more because not only cheaper than individual brushes, but they are better, they really do have a better reach and are so easy to use. My daughters think that they are great.
