Pay a little more & purchase "awesome".
Yes, it's more expensive than others out there. But the Hyperice 2.0 is amazing! Very powerful!! Made to last. It will work the kinks out much more effectively than a traditional foam roller. It simply gets "deeper" to break up the stuff that's causing the problems. Muscle pliability and flexibility is more important than I imagined. Stretching alone won't to the job. Powerful and effective
If you practice foam rolling, you know the. benefits that it provides for flexiblility, recovery, etc. The Vyper adds vibration to the process and adds a higher level to the benefits of rolling for me. High quality vibrating roller
I started doing the TB12 method workouts and purchased the smaller goplus roller to start. While I still like the goplus roller and it has its advantages over the Hyperice overall the vyper 2.0 is a superior product. As shown in the photo the hyperice vyper is much wider in diameter and the vibrations are much stronger. The smaller goplus unit is much harder and can be better on some areas especially if your lats are a problem area but overall I prefer the hyperice. If cost is an issue the lower cost goplus roller is a good alternative but I would recommend the hyperice vyper if you have the money
