Horrible and destroys your stomach
We've had Konjac noodles before but this one puts you on the toilet for a few days. Super wind producing noodles so good if you run hot air balloon rides. Horrible smell, not a good consistency although not a million times worse than others we've had and very expensive for all the benefits listed above. Stick with vegetables for low calorie dishes!
