These tablets help to make it through the day working outside in the heat here in Florida and other hot areas. Additionally, after a good work out, the tablets can relieve cramps in minutes. Two tablets in the morning are enough to ward off cramps for a 200 plus pound man, though individual needs may vary. Recommend them for anyone working or playing outside and suffering from cramps or heat related problems. You need salt!
The body needs salt. You sweat it out daily and need replenishment. These were sold as "expired" however; salt is naturally antibacterial and antimicrobial and does not actually expire. Dates are placed by the manufacturers of most products for shelf turnover.
